Behavior Informatics

Analysing behavior is a core part of early drug development, yet the technologies for collecting, interpreting and managing in-vivo data lag far behind those available for anatomy, molecular genetics and physiology.

Bioinformatics (the application of computer science in molecular biology) has fostered an era of discovery over the last 30 years. It has done this by enabling collection, analysis and management of biological data on a previously unprecedented scale.

Our vision is to bring the benefits of bioinformatics to behavioral research enabling scalable analysis and reuse of behavior data by applying cutting edge computer science research. We call this Behavior Informatics.
